1. Open the VNC viewer (4.1.2) and have it connected to your VNC server.
2. Move the viewer to the monitor you want
3. Press F8 and choose "Full Screen" from the menu

     Whether it has scroll or not depends on your viewer monitor's
size and server screen's size.  Make sure that the client screen size
is bigger than the server's.
