Dan, I think your memory is short. I have been with accessible products since 1982 and, everything I ever got had bugs and serious ones at that. Whether it was Henter Joyce, Arkenstone, Blazi Engineering, Humanware or Freedom Scientific, they always brought out products before they were ready for the market. Don't you remember how we would say that it would be nice if a company could come up with a version that had no new features but just fix the ones that didn't work? If you look at JAWS today, they don't even have the bugs fixed from one version and they sell you the new version with a whole new set of bugs and this has been happening with all companies since the beginning of technology. Don't you remember that blind people all over were losing their jobs because accessible technology couldn't keep up with the market. How long did it take for accessibility to follow from DOS to Windows? Let's have a little patience. We have been and are gaining ground. We probably will never quite be there but we are much closer than we ever were.

There was none of the "llets put out something and have people buy it. Then this brings in more funds for research to make the device or software work the right way." To bad the days of truly reliable and working devices/software are gone. Instead we must buy omething thinking it works and find "oh, no, it might work with the next few upgrades." Very sad business practices. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Dennis Long Sent: Wednesday, September 17, 2014 1:04 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: IOS 8 Released Here is the problem if there aware of these bugs they especially critical ones should be fixed prior to release. Yes true you will have some bugs but this list is huge. On 9/17/2014 2:01 PM, Charles Rivard wrote: > I think that you are far, far, far too impatient.
