Note: I do not have the Starbucks app. If you have difficulty changing fields for editing / entering data, find the done button either at the bottom of the display, or just above the onscreen keyboard, and double-tap it between each field. The done button closes the editing field and frees VO to navigate around the display. In these cases, it is necessary to physically find the done button on the display because the edit field is capturing VoiceOver reading cursor. On the computer, the same thing can occur, which requires one to use the exploration cursor, aka jaws cursor in JFW. Your finger is the exploration cursor in this case as it overrides the edit capture of VO.
