Just thought I'd throw this in.  If one has problems with battery life on their 
iPhone, my suggestion is to invest in a Mophie juice pack.  I would get 
normally about 8 good hours on my iPhone 4, and now with the Mophie, I get 12 
hrs easy.  I don't even close my GPS apps any more when done with them.  I can 
stream about 8 hours too.
