there might be a quicker way of getting to this, but it seems a little buried to me, so here is what I did. * Open the Health App. * Go to the Browse tab at the bottom. * In the search box, type, headphone notifications and hit the search button to the right of the space bar. * Should only be one result, Headphone Notifications, double tap it. * Jump to the bottom of the screen and you should find a toggle switch for headphone notifications, just double tap it to turn it off.
