| I’ve been thinking about giving Westminster chimes a try, but I’ve also heard that voiceover comes on with the chimes and things like that. Has that been your experience as well? Kay Malmquist [email protected] Sent from my iPhone
-- Hi Kay. I have the Westminster full chimes app on my 13 mini and it works great. You can configure it for voice or several different chimes and it gives the Westminster chimes on the quarter hour. I can’t remember if it’s a paid app or not, but if paid it wasn’t very expensive. HTH. God bless! Paula and the pups From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Kay Malmquist I have the hourly chime app on my phone right now, but ever since I changed to the 12 mini I have never been able to get it to do the sound. No matter what I uncheck Check or anything else. It’s kind of sad because I really like the app and used to use it on my previous phone. Anybody have any ideas? Kay Malmquist Sent from my iPhone
I have used this hourly chime app for years. It's simple and basically announces the hour such as, "it's 9 pm." The voice may be selected. One can turn on or off the individual hours of the 24-hour day. For example, I have the last chime at 10 pm and first one at 7 am. I believe there is a free version and paid version. I bought the paid version just to support the developer; it might have been something like $0.99. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
