Hi Kay. I have the Westminster full chimes app on my 13 mini and it works great. You can configure it for voice or several different chimes and it gives the Westminster chimes on the quarter hour. I can’t remember if it’s a paid app or not, but if paid it wasn’t very expensive. HTH.
