There is also a little app called alarmed. There is a free and a paid version. It is accessible and you can set a reminder to nag you every minute or however often you need. Believe me, it reminds you until you turn it off. It takes a little fiddling around to set it, but it’s doable. I use it for any really important reminders. HTH.
