Hi Mitch, This is a tedious job at best.
To give you an idea, When I open that Internal Storage folder on my iPhone 13 pro using windows Explorer, I have 32 items, which I believe are all folders. The first folder is named with nothing but zeros and is empty. The next folder has a number, much like the rest. In there are 4 files. A couple of which are: IMG_0502.AAE IMG_0502.JPG Some folders have 1 file some 6, but you would have to open each folder and copy the files over to your external drive, or just copy the entire internal storage to your drive and deal with it later. I would also set the view on Windows Explorer to details, otherwise, the folders will be in a grid and you will need to right arrow from folder to folder rather than down arrow AND YOU WON’T GET SOME DETAILS. For example, the default view just gave the folder name even when I pressed insert+up arrow to read the folder name. 201407__ After setting the view to details and pressing insert+up arrow I got: 201407__ 01-Jul-14 12:00 AM 01-Jul-14 12:00 AM Each folder contains just a few photographs and depending on the camera settings, in different formats. And what can I do to fix it I have tried re starting the phone, and un pluging it and re pluging it in from my laptop and each time some times it will be reconised by windows another times it wonte show up and there are a bunch of different folders there around 58 and some of them have 0 items and others have jpg images. I have found around 6 so far of my picks and vidiows but according to my camra role I have around 425 so where would all of those picks be in my phone?
