Hi all I was trying to get picks and vidiows off my I phone prowe 14 max. I have manage to get a few off of them but I have gotten into the storage part of the I phone when plugging it into the pc running windows 10 and some times it says that there are stuff in there and other times it says 0 items. It also is giving me the error [Window Title]
Error Copying File or Folder [Content] The requested value cannot be determined. Why is it giving me this arror? And what can I do to fix it I have tried re starting the phone, and un pluging it and re pluging it in from my laptop and each time some times it will be reconised by windows another times it wonte show up and there are a bunch of different folders there around 58 and some of them have 0 items and others have jpg images. I have found around 6 so far of my picks and vidiows but according to my camra role I have around 425 so where would all of those picks be in my phone?
