Hi Robyn,

I do appreciate your response. My boyfriend who is sighted was able to set up 
favorites for me, which appeared was going to work well. However, when I went 
to do my laundry last night, all I could see was button button button button, 
and nothing was labeled when I opened the app. I am perplexed by this. I closed 
and reopened it several times And tried tapping on dryer or appliances and all 
I now keep seeing is unlabeled buttons. I don’t understand because on Sunday of 
this week he had the favorites set up because we discovered the same problem 
you reported about temperature control, and it worked OK.

Could we talk off-line  Since you have the same app and maybe we can 
troubleshoot?
