I didn't have any success with the Pit Boss app. I do use the Weber iGrill app with the iGrill Mini and the iGril device that holds 4 probes. I didn't have any success with the iGrill device that connects through my Wifi, but the one's that use bluetooth work great. I use them with both my Pit Boss vertical smoker, and my portable Traeger grill. Hope this helps.
