So what exactly happens and what exactly do you do? Let's say your phone is locked, what are your steps? Just to make sure you are looking at the iPhone's screen and not the back of the phone where the back camera lens is, correct? How far away do you hold the phone when you try Face Id? Do you have the attention feature turned on or off?
