As I mentioned before, if I don’t want to hear about the update, I go to General, go past about until I get to device storage, and then in a pod touch or iPhone storage there should be where it says iOS whatever the number is, which you double tap and then find delete for. You won’t get a reminder again until the update has downloaded again.
