I saw nothing in Spoken Content abut Expand Speaking Bar. If I did, would that get rid of that bar that has so much percent of how many pages? I'd be happy to eliminate that one.

Actually, that is from the speak selection setting. If you never want that, go to Settings, Accessibility, Spoken Content, and turn it off.
