That's another question, Anna, and we have that information from the carrier,
and it seems as if you would need that, to get it done right.

computer, when iTunes comes up, select iPhone tab. First do a backup to your
computer, although not required. Then you do restore. When the restore process
is complete, you will get a message saying: Congratulations, your iPhone is
