Hi!
OK I opened my PayPal app have not used it  on this iPhone and the field for 
Email was empty, so I filled it in then my password  and was able to log in 
straight away!
So maybe delete the info already there and try again or maybe delete the App 
from your iPhone and reinstall it and see if that helps!
