hi all. i to want to take a look at this as well. i am wondering if you are
able to use this tvo if you subscribe to shaw in canada? i also have tryed tv
cards in the past and from what i tryed nun of them workd that well with jaws
at least i could never get them tow ork well with the ones i tryed. from MIch.

Thanks for posting this. I'm going to take a look. I might put it on the
credit card and pay over time because I want something more usable than the
Time Warner box I don't want to get. I heard dealing with cable cards can be an
adventure though, but maybe it can get me some audio description that analog
can't, despite TWC telling me it is supposed to exist on analog.

I know TiVo comes up from time to time as an accessible DVR option. I've
written a fairly detailed review of it from the perspective of a blind user

The short summary is setup is not accessible but if you have the disposable
income and an iOS device the TiVo is worth buying if you want an accessible DVR
solution.
