looks like the same problem like discussed here: https://www.reddit.com/r/VFIO/comments/55gv5e/horrible_graphical_glitches_set_in_a_few_minutes/d8cptom Your guest GPU is probably connected via the 4 PCH PCIe-Lanes, which causes this. I think that can be solved by moving the gues GPU to the CPU lanes (Slot 1 and 2), if that's possible with your board.
