I don't think it *will* expire.  I've been running it for a couple months
now too.  *grin*  It is a good scanner to pop in until you purchase one
though.

type maildrop -v and make sure it's not the buggy version listed in the
qmail-scanner docs.  If not, you can skip it.

uvscan *is* Mcafee.  I've only tried that and sophos sweep.  I use
uvscan primarily becuase someone posted a nightly update script on
this list, and it seems to work well.  I haven't really benchmarked any of
these, though.

Also, the Mcafee one isn't free, but my evaluation copy hasn't expired
yet..  I'm hoping it doesn't.  ; )
