I use it with uvscan, and haven't had a sigle virus make it through since istalling it 2 months ago. I recommend using only one scanner, as multiple ones slow it down. You may have problems with perl 5.6.1, as qmail-scanner uses suidperl, which is not supported in 5.6.1. I use 5.6.0. Cheers, Bill Shupp
