Yes.

Install and configure once, then forget about it.  I wish it were
written in something with a bit less overhead than perl, but for a
low-traffic system it's probably negligible.

Sophos Sweep.  Of the assorted virus scanners available for *nix
platforms, they seem to understand the Unix Way the best: one binary,
two datafiles, and it takes the file or directory to scan as its
argument -- it's trivial to build scripts based on it.  (Compare to
TrendMicro's InterScan, which installs a zillion bits of itself in
various places across your system which it doesn't tell you about,
including inserting cron jobs at install time.)

Giving this company the benefit of the doubt, I subsequently bought their
"Edible Condom" (which broke), their "Mistress Eva stretch pants" (which rode
up) and their "C++ compiler" (which did not link properly with ansi.lib).
