RELAY CLIENT

Good Morning:   I'm using Qmail+Vpopmail+Qmailadmin+Sqwebmail   The problem is: there is a user who is using Outlook Express to get his messages from Qmail. So he conect with his internet provider and get an IP to get the messages, then he wants to cut the connection to write his messages and reconect again to send them, so when he reconects, he gets another IP and there is an authentication problem.   How can i turn an user or a domain to be a relay client with his/her name and not with his/her IP ?   Thanks in advance   Wagner Garcia Campagner
