Your hardcoded IPs are safe (at least in my experience). The
POP-authenticated address are ADDED to the list -- temporarily.
It seems to be a well-tested solution (for obvious reasons).
The nice thing about open source is that obvious brokenness like
THAT gets fixed REAL QUICK.
