Both 192.168.20.2 and 192.168.10.2 can be pinged correctly.
“udpv“ protocol was a typo of mine. The output of cmd |$sudo
firewall-cmd --list-ports| is:
|49152/udp|
In the past when this has happened, it was due to swapping the cables on
the two ports. Check that.
If that doesn't work, trying temporarily disabling your firewall entirely.
