Right. I'd forgotten about the 2974, which has historically been
supported by other parts of the organization, and I'm
not familiar with it.
You might try opening an official support ticket for it, assuming that
you have a support contract, or the device is
under the "initial bring-up" provisions of the NI product support
arrangements:
