It depends on the target, but normally if you repeat the same build you will get exactly the same results. I suggest you try the build seed option I mentioned in your other thread. This feature is intended to give you a different build result when you want one.
I'm curious to know what target you're seeing this with and how often you see it with a unique seed? I know we've seen it in our regression suite, but it's been pretty rare for us.
