No, it does not have a GPSDO.

RED light means external power.  That is to be expected.

I need to see at what point it gets into trouble.

My suspicion was perhaps a power issue, and the FX3 USB2/3 processor on the board was experiencing a brown-out condition.

But there's no way for me to tell for sure.  Really, that's how this works.  I ask you clarifying questions, and with the answers to those
  questions, I can get closer to figuring out what's wrong with your board.
