Thank you for the tips.
The USB3 problem was solved by flashing the image into default
settings. (reset)
uhd_image_loader --args="type=b200,addr=192.168.100.2,reset"
However, I bumped into new problems.
All my settings worked, EPC online, eNB online, but the antenna does
not pick up any signal. The equalized symbol chart is just a dot.
All my testing UE are unable to find the service provider network.
Letting it run for several minutes, the Huawei dongle begins attach
process but soon lost the connection.
I think I need a guide to tune the antenna. There are too many
parameters beyond my understandings.

My guess is that you're going to have to get help from whoever
supports/supplies/maintains whatever *application* it is you're using that
happens to use Ettus Hardware. From your description, it's nearly
impossible for many people here (other than those who might
be using the same application as you) to determine how best to help you.
I'll use what I call a "proximate analogy". You have some application
you bought for your PC, which uses a shiny-new Intel CPU. Perhaps
this application is used to run a robotic assembly line, or plot the
course of the planets through the sky, or help with fluid dynamics
calculations, or plan urban electrical utilities. If that
application produces results that are unexpected, contacting the Intel
help desk
may not be the most productive way to start out debugging the
problem. The same thing applies here. You're running a *specific*
application using USRP hardware, but your first point of contact for
problems with the *application* (even if they turn out to be more
radio-architecture related) should probably be the folks who
supply/support your application.
We can help here as much as we can, but the USRP is used in hundreds of
different applications of many many different types. It's easier
to get "generic" help here, rather than application-specific help.
Does that make sense?
