Seeing as this thread is way off topic already...
Software is writing. Any one with 5 or 6 years of basic schooling can right. Like anything, the more you right, the better you get. It's stupid to state that American's are better writers than the rest of the world. There's no evidence of that. Also, next time, take a look around a typical American code shop, many "American" software writers are off the boat immigrants.
