It is important that I keep the example that I sent you correct, ie. 

        
http://jumpstart.doublenegative.com.au/jumpstart/examples/ajax/whatiscalledandwhen

so if you have found an AJAX situation that calls setupRender() then please let 
me know so that I can add it to the example. In theory, setupRender() should 
only be called during a page render request, as seen here:
