Well, thanks .... these are great comments, just the thing to cheer me up while reading my morning e-mail.
I'm very proud of the majority of the code in Tapestry, both the work I've done, and the work of the other committers. I've made a few mistakes, especially in terms of naming things (what the hell is an Environmental anyway?) and package organization, but I've learned a lot in the process. The hard work now is moving Tapestry towards ever greater things while maintaining reasonable backwards compatibility ... it means gradually deprecating things and having initiatives that span several releases. As you might be aware, documentation is just about our top priority now, right after finalizing 5.2 and getting it "shipped".
