It's very feasible but it's a blurry off topic issue to even discuss here for a commercial service.
At worst you just make yourself a standard mx of record filter system provider. If you want a "plugin" you just offer spamd service restricted by ip address with ssl. Perhaps you are over thinking things? Just offer a complete spamd replacement instead of an extra test. My $0.02.
