the spamassassin part of the issue was explained and anything above that is clearly off-list and frankly i have seen in the past very clear and hostile responses after SA-off-topic but at least spam relevant posts
and even on a CentOS list that thread leads nowhere because a mailing list is simply the wrong medium for your issues - find somebody in IRC or so or even somebody offering you helping directly via SSH combined with a chat is for sure a better way
