I don't know if it's significant, but all four quoted emails have one
thing in common - they lack any usable received header before the one
added by the MX server running the milter. Two appear to be direct to
mx. The other two have a single external received header that will be
ignored (the timestamp from the first received header is discarded if
it's equal to the time in the date header).
