To note, what this option really does is change how SA parses the FQDN
and causes it to incorrectly parse the "domain" out such that it includes
the hostname. Then, as a side effect, when URIBLs are queried about the
"domain", the request will include the hostname, which is only useful
w/ uribl.com.
So ymmv.
As I've noted before, though, I think we should include this in the
default config, so that SURBL and URIBL can list sub-sites of sites like
geocities.com and googlepages.com effectively. (It may be only URIBL
now, but I'm sure Jeff would be happy to include SURBL too.)

There are many good reasons to not blacklist abused freehost
subdomains. It's been discussed on the SURBL discussion list and
elsewhere.
