how about: uri GOOG_REDIR_01 /http:\/\/[^\/]*google\.com\/.*q=inurl:/iand give it a point? This will probably need to cover all of the google search domains, though - google.co.uk, etc.
Why not just block the /search part in any link in a mail? Seems simpler, and might have better coverage.
