No, I don't put it in local.cf. The most recent sa-update (3.002000) changed it from 0.1 to -1.0. That update arrived here on May 11, which is about the same time my problems began. Hmm. I'll try 0.1 in local.cf, however my intuition is that it will take a bigger change than this. In any event, thanks Duane, for the hint! Fletcher
