Higher?  You mean lower, right?  bayes_auto_learn_threshold_nonspam went from
0.1 to -1 in the last update.

I have restored the original 0.1 and bayes has started working again for me.
I am now auto-learning much more ham than I was yesterday.  (And it is some
really good burnt pig.  I tasted it).

Well, it had the opposite effect for me (I am assuming you mean lowering, not
raising).
