Looking at the regular expressions it looks like Spammers are easily working around these rules sets by adding "ed" or "ing" to the word in question as it doesn't look like the rulesets consider this. I ran into this also. My boss printed out and brought to my office a descriptive porn msg and wanted to know how this got by SA. After some investigation it turned out that for SARE ADULT there was only one bad word in the msg. I added some local rules to change that.
