Well, there's a reason they don't recommend doing this. The whole top
paragraph of this wiki article is devoted to trying to talk you into
doing something else:

Without the message itself, you can't.

SA doesn't track which tokens were in a specific message. Merely how
many times each token was trained, and what message ID's have been seen.

If it tracked what tokens were in each message, the size of the bayes
database would be MASSIVE. (at least 30 times larger than it is now,
probably more like 1000)

Don't call it? Seriously, this question is best dealt with at that
layer, so the answer depends on how SA is integrated into your system.
