I suspect that your trusted_networks setting is incorrect. Because otherwise the message should have been marked ALL_TRUSTED. That will provide a small negative value to the score. That by itself may not be sufficient to offset a really spammy looking message however. You could configure whitelist_from_rcvd to whitelist mail from your domain. Bob
