The issue is users of the same domain sending interoffice emails to one another and once in a while one of the users gets this "apparently from you" message and stops delivery of the email.

Outgoing mail does not need to be scanned. Where would this have been setup? In Postfix or Amavisd-New? How do I turn it off?
