I agree.. I don't exactly agree with the folks that hate it, but I do at
least understand their thinking on the matter..

Yep.. I personally strongly welcome folks criticizing various RBLs and
pointing out why they suck. It's good info for anyone to know what kind
of FP classes a particular RBL has.

FWIW, IMO Spews still sucks because they intentionally list "collateral"
IPs, even in "level 1" when they claim they do not.
