Has anyone figured a good recipe for blocking these type of spam yet?
I get 3-5 per day to each user on my mail server.

These score around 9 for me. They hit on DCC, Bayes and other network tests.

The L_P0F_ is an amavis thing.
Feed them to bayes.
Install, configure and use DCC if you are not now.
Make sure other network tests are working.
