The first thing you should do is give us the information needed to answer your question. This includes the real whitelist_from_rcvd line and the Received headers from the email. We need to be able to compare your whitelist entry with the headers from the email to determine if it should have matched and, if not, what you need to do to make it match. Most likely, either your whitelist entry is not quite right or it doesn't work the way you think it does. In either case, we will need the above information so that we can help you. -- Bowie
