...and the cheapest way to fix the message formatting, as I see it, is to get them to fix the message so it doesn't hit this rule: 1.2 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts Which should also make the message more friendly to non-HTML mail readers, which is worthwhile anyway. And it will take the score down to 1.0. -- Chris
