Actually Bob in my /etc/mail/spamassassin I have a file called 
"my-whitelist.cf" which has been working quite well except for this one.  
Here is the entry for EFF:

whitelist_from  EFFector list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

And here are the msg headers:
