I've found that the ALL_TRUSTED hit too many spams as hams. I havn't looked at the rule to see what it is doing, but I put in my /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf ALL_TRUSTED 0 to disable the test. Maybe someone who is more familiar with the rule can add something more informative, but I didn't find the rule worthwhile in my testing.
