Hello, I've searched your forums but couldn't find what I was looking for. Please help. My new HP notebook (2 mos old) running Windows 10 needs to have Windows reinstalled. I tried to save my documents to my flash drive but could not.
Please advise me on how or what to do not to lose these documents before I reinstall Windows 10. Your help is greatly appreciated.
